8th Annual Military Appreciation Day.
Location : Ocean Beach, 98 Neptune Ave, New London, CT
When: Saturday, August 16th, 2025.
Events: We start out our day with a 5k run followed by vendors set up at the Ocean Beach Boardwalk with both veteran services and merchants, followed by a ceremony in the afternoon.
Join us for our 8th Annual Military Appreciation Day at Ocean Beach, New London Ct for a free day at the beach for Active Duty, Reservists, Veterans, and DD-214 holders.
This event is to show our Appreciation for our Military members and their families for the sacrifices they have and do endure protecting our country.
This is not only a free day at the beach but we provide resources to our veteran community of services and assistance that is available.
